Refund policy

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their trade or professional activity as self-employed persons.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, although you are not required to do so.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. You will have met the deadline if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, characteristics and functioning.
