Large olive wood cutting board, rustic – 40–44 cm

If you often cook for several people, you know the problem: the board is too small, the cut vegetables slide over the edge, and you need a second one for the bread. This large olive wood cutting board, measuring around 40–44 cm in length, solves that. It offers so much surface area that onions, peppers, and herbs have room side by side, and it weighs about 1.2 kg. This keeps it firmly in place on the countertop and prevents it from moving while cutting.

The long edges are not sawn straight, but follow the natural shape of the olive tree trunk. Each board therefore has a different outline and grain. When it comes to serving, simply bring it to the table as a serving board for cheese, antipasti, bread, or grilled food.

Olive wood is one of Europe's hardest woods and has a very fine grain. Knife marks are hardly noticeable for a long time, and the dense wood absorbs very little moisture or odors. Over time, the color becomes darker and warmer.
