A small gift that doesn't look awkward: The heart-shaped olive wood soap dish is about 14 cm wide and brings a touch of warmth to an otherwise rather plain bathroom.
A regular bar of soap, a solid shampoo, or a facial soap fits on it. Together with a French olive oil soap, it makes a small gift set for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, a birthday, or simply as a thank you. At around 0.1 kg, the dish is light and easy to ship.
Olive wood is very hard and naturally oily, so it handles moisture in the bathroom well, as long as the dish can dry out occasionally. More ideas for a bathroom with less plastic can be found in our guide Plastic-Free Bathroom.

Rinse off soap residue occasionally and let the dish dry so that the soap does not sit in water. Occasionally rub with a drop of olive oil.
