Why a wooden egg spoon?
Metal reacts with the sulfur in the egg yolk, which can lead to discoloration and a metallic aftertaste. A wooden spoon is flavor-neutral and feels pleasantly warm. At approximately 12–13 cm long, it fits perfectly with any egg cup.
