DESIGN Olive Wood Rolling Pin – 25 cm

It is too short for a whole pizza, but just right for cookies, ravioli and fondant. The DESIGN olive wood rolling pin is around 25 cm long and only about 3 cm thick. This makes it easy to handle with precision when working with small areas and achieving an even thickness.

When baking Christmas cookies, you can use it to roll out shortcrust pastry for cookie cutters, fondant for cakes, and it is also suitable for a small pizza or tarte flambée. It is made from a single piece of wood, without handles, and weighs around 0.4 kg. It takes up very little space in a drawer, but can also be left out in an open-plan kitchen.

Dense olive wood absorbs very little moisture and remains straight. Each rolling pin has its own distinctive, lively grain. For large quantities of dough, a rolling pin with handles is the better choice. You can find both under Cooking & Seasoning.
